Sony SDN Checklist
These are the following Sony Requirements. Please go over these requirements and please make sure that everything on this checklist is met before you submit your request. Failure to meet all of these Sony requirements will results in your request being denied.
Before filling out the following form, please contact Sony at numbers below to obtain a SDN Form Only if the unit is defective and outside 14 days from date on end user sales receipt. If the unit is within 14 days from date on enclosed sales receipt, fill out the top portion of the form and send. For Damage, no need to call. Just fill out the information below and provide pictures in concealed damage portion.
