The form below is only for vendors planning to ship crates or pallets via freight carrier (LTL).

All UPS, FedEx, and regular-size packages must be shipped directly to the venue and do not need to be included on this form.

Davis Distribution will receive, store, and coordinate oversized freight for the show.

Maximum Skid Size Requirement

Due to venue access and freight handling requirements, all pallets and crates must not exceed the following dimensions: 72” L x 44” W x 78” H

Any freight exceeding these dimensions cannot be accepted as part of the Davis Distribution pallet/crate program.

Important Shipping Information

• Inbound delivery to Davis Distribution: All crates and pallets must be delivered no later than Wednesday, April 15th. (We are able to receive shipments prior to this date)
• All outbound shipping from Davis Distribution must be completed by: April 30th

Pallet / Crate Handling Fee

Due to handling, storage, and freight coordination requirements, there is a $500 handling fee per pallet or crate for vendors participating in the Davis Distribution pallet/crate program.

This fee covers:

• Receiving freight at Davis Distribution
• Storage prior to the show
• Transportation coordination to and from the venue
• Davis Distribution will coordinate and handle the return shipment of all approved crates and pallets following the event. However, vendors are responsible for providing prepaid return shipping labels and/or Bills of Lading for their freight.
